On March 5 – 8, Sunway University sent 4 players to participate in the 4th ASEAN University Fencing Championship.

Sunway University sent 2 teams for the Taylor’s Invitational Volleyball Tournament 2020 on March 7 - 8 at Taylor’s University, which involved 10 teams from various universities.

The ‘Community & U-Leadership & Volunteerism’ Competition 2019 organized by the Soroptimists International Club of Bangsar (SICB), is an inter-varsity competition that attracts community minded youth from various educational institutions.

Eight (8) VU students who operated the Nescafe hub at Sunway Boulevard in July this year won 2nd runner-up in the Nescafe Youth Entrepreneurship Programme (NYEP) Awards 2019.

International students were hosted by CEO, Dr Elizabeth Lee at her home recently for Chinese New Year.

At the recent MUFY Awards & Graduation Night in December 2019, we were delighted to celebrate and honour the achievements of 782 students  from the January & March 2019 intakes who received their MUFY Certificates for successfully completing the program.

In pursuant to the 25th Anniversary of Sunway-VU Partnership, the Victoria University Undergraduate Programme Department (VUUP) raised its banner with the organisation of its 1st Symposium, entitled Business Asia@21 – Innovation. Sustainability. Agility on the 23rd August, 2019.

In conjunction with the ‘Return To Light’ mental health campaign spearheaded by the Sunway Counselling team, an original song was produced, recorded and performed by a group of talented Sunway College students.

Historicity and modernity meet as the academic and administrative staff of the Victoria University Undergraduate Programme participated at a weekend team building and bonding trip in Melaka on 2 and 3 November, 2019.

AUSMAT Sunway College was awarded gold medal honours for Best Smart School at the Edutech Asia 2019 Awards in Singapore! This award recognizes a school that has used advanced technologies and equipment in classrooms to enhance student learning experiences.
